Change at the top

Richard Matthews of David Halsall Ltd is the new chairman of Gardenex, the export federation of the UK’S garden and leisure industry. He replaces Tony Hutchinson of Vitavia Garden Products Ltd, and is taking up the post for the second time, having already headed the organisation as chairman between 2002 and 2004.
