Growth for garden furniture

Estimates from the Italian Centre for Industrial Studies (CSIL) suggest that the production of garden furniture in ten European countries amounted to € 1.359 bn in 2006. The market researchers foresee further growth for 2007 as well, a trend that is expected to continue in the next few years. Germany is the biggest producer of garden furniture with a share of 22 per cent, followed by France and Italy with 21 per cent each.
