Sale of garden business

Home Depot has sold its eleven Landscape Supply stores to Ram Realty Services for US $ 22 mio (€ 15.1 mio), according to a report on the internet service of the Palm Beach Post. Home Depot launched the garden supplies chain in 2002, but came to the decision last year to close the outlets down. Ram Realty’s portfolio includes the Southdale Shopping Center in West Palm Beach and the Martin Downs Town Center in Palm City.
