Best service in Estonia

In the opinion of Estonian consumers, the Rautakesko group’s stores offer the best service in the country when it comes to the building materials and DIY retailing sector. This emerges from a survey carried out by the market research institute Faktum & Ariko in 2007. The stores trading in Estonia under the name of K-Rauta are given a better rating in all service categories than their competitors. The assessment criteria include the attitude of staff towards service, speed of service, easy locating of products and the overall image of the store.
