New configuration

At the beginning of the year Karl-Heinz Keth was appointed to the managing board of BMH Holding GmbH, which has in 2008 taken over control of the group’s entire international business as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Praktiker. As the third managing director alongside Michael Arnold and Harald Steidel, Mr Keth will have responsibility for international buying and sales. He will also remain in charge of the group’s DIY stores in Hungary as chief executive of Praktiker Magyarország Kft.
