Rona, the Canadian DIY and home improvement group, is offering its customers practical support by so-called Project Guides. These are in fact employees who are specially trained to assist customers with their projects, advise them about products and help them to coordinate the necessary work. Also available to customers who require them are installation services, which are guaranteed by Rona for a full year.
