World of plants

The fair organisers are expecting about 1 400 exhibitors from around 40 countries again at the coming International Plant Fair (IPM) in Essen from 24 – 27 January 2008. In the words of executive director Egon Galinnis, the fair is continuing to concentrate on increasing the international proportion of exhibitors and visitors. For the first time there will be participation from Korea, and a breeder from Australia as well. Another first at the 2008 event will be a display section for new plants.
