New at the top

As of 1 January 2008 David French will take over the role of chief executive officer of the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA), which has remained vacant since the departure of Allen Johnson in December 2006. Mr French, who sold his company, The Tabletop Group, earlier this year, is currently president of the association. This role will then be taken over by Andrew Weiss, managing director of Isaac Lord, on 1 January as well.
