International building fair in Peking

China Building 2008 - 13th China International Building & Construction Fair is to be held in Peking, China, from 26 to 29 March 2008. The exhibition is being staged by the CCPIT Building Materials Sub-Council and the China Building Materials Industries Association, among others. The international side of the event is being organised by Merebo Messe Marketing (www.chinabuilding.merebo.com). This year's trade fair attracted the participation of 426 exhibitors, who occupied a space of 35 000 m². Attendance figures show a total of more than 57 000 trade visitors. The main emphasis of the fair is on kitchens/bathrooms, windows/doors, building materials, ceramics/stone, heating/ventilation, paint/chemicals, plus lighting technology.
