Home Depot is renegotiating the sale of its wholesale business

Home Depot has announced that it is holding talks with representatives of the private equity group that is supposed to be taking over its HD Supply wholesale division. Among other things, these talks could lead to changes in the financing package, including a reduction of the sales price from the current figure of US $ 10.325 bn.
