In Albania from 2008

Following the company’s launch on the Ukrainian market that is scheduled for this autumn, the Praktiker Group intends to get a foothold in Albania in the course of 2008. According to an announcement from head office in Kirkel, at least three DIY superstores are to be established in the medium term, the first in the capital of Tirana no later than the summer of 2008. The country with its population of 3.6 mio would be the ninth foreign market in the international portfolio of the Praktiker group.
