Firm bookings for 2008

Fair organisers Messe Essen are counting on an increased number of exhibitors and visitors to IPM 2008, which is expected to attract around 1 400 exhibitors. Apparently the two overseas events, IPM Dubai and IPM China, are having a noticeable knock-on effect. According to informed sources, both exhibitors and visitors from the world's growth markets have already made bookings for the IPM event in Essen from 24 to 27 January 2008. There will be one change in hall allocations: the main floristry section will for the first time also be located in Hall 4 in the centre of the exhibition site. It is hoped that better links to other floristry halls and the Green City will result in further enhancing the attractiveness of the floristry section.
