New garden trade fair in Japan

Tokyo is where the first International Garden and Exterior Expo (Gardex) will be held from 11 to 13 October. The new fair, which previously formed one component of the Ifex plant fair, is now to be presented as an independent event offering products that include a wide range of garden requisites, planters, furniture and fertilisers. The aim of the organisers, Red Exhibitions, is to establish the fair as Asia's leading event for the garden trade.
