First European plant

Now Briggs & Stratton, engine manufacturers, have also celebrated the official opening of their new plant in Ostrava in the Czech Republic. This is the American company's first production plant in Europe. Production actually started here in December 2006. The factory manufactures small vertical shaft engines for lawn mowers and other garden equipment.
