Just like a DIY store

A "DIY store atmosphere" at the next Practical World in March 2008 is the promise being made by Koelnmesse, which again points out that Halls 6 to 9 will be open to professional craftsmen and DIYers. The DIY section that is located there will be divided into three categories: "building", "living" and "technical/plumbing". Suppliers of complementary products will be placed close to each other in the halls. There are also plans for thematically appropriate shows, both informative and entertaining. According to the fair organisers, the trade will also be playing an active part. The International Hardware Fair with its "tools" segment in Halls 1 to 5 and 10 and "security systems, locks and fittings" in Hall 11 will not be affected by this opening to the public.
