Plus of more than 25 per cent

Hagebau increased its centrally invoiced turnover in the first quarter of 2007 by 25.9 per cent over the same period the previous year to € 934.1 mio. Sales in Germany improved by 30.2 per cent to € 882.2 mio. The centrally invoiced turnover of the Hagebaumarkt stores in Austria, which have been supported by Zeus in Soltau since 1 January 2007, is for the first time included in the revenue of Hagebau Germany. The centrally invoiced turnover of the 287 German Hagebaumarkt outlets (previous year: 284) rose by 12.3 per cent to € 262.3 mio, and their retail sales by 13.2 per cent. At the end of March the Hagebau Group numbered 294 (+5) members with a total of 1 123 (+32) operating units, 952 of them in Germany (+33), 151 (-1) in Austria and 20 in Hungary.
