Change at the Worldwide DIY Council

Donald A. Droesch, a hardware and home centre industry veteran, is taking over as executive secretary of the Worldwide DIY Council from Tom Delph, who is retiring on 31 March 2007. Mr Delph has served the North American export association for twelve years, seven of them as executive secretary. Mr Droesch will bring to the position his many years of experience in marketing and merchandising, including active experience in exporting from the period when he held the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing at the member company Royal Rubber. Following this he set up his own consultancy company.
