Attendance figures remain steady

According to information from the organisers, a total of 24 080 trade visitors travelled from 90 countries of origin to Bilbao to attend Ferroforma-Bricoforma from 7 – 10 March 2007. This corresponds to the figures for the last event held in October 2005. However, the internationality of the event has continued to increase this year, with over 2 000 trade visitors coming from abroad. This amounts to a rise of 23 per cent. The proportion of international participants on the exhibitor side was considerably higher at 57 per cent. Altogether the event attracted 1 314 suppliers from 28 countries manning a total of 994 fair stands.
