New name

The French Leroy Merlin Group, number two in European DIY retailing, is in future to be known as Groupe Adeo. This has been decided in order to avoid any possible danger of confusion between the group itself and the trading format that shares the same name. The following trading formats are combined under the umbrella of Groupe Adeo: Leroy Merlin, with stores in France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Russia, China and Brazil; Bricocenter in Italy; Aki in Spain and Portugal. Added to this are the Bricoman discount formats in France and Poland, as well as Bricomart in Spain.
