Record participation at DIY in Kortrijk

DIY 2007 took place in the Belgian town of Kortrijk from 4 – 6 February. The organisers report the highest-ever level of participating firms totalling 207 exhibitors. More than 5 000 visitors registered during the three-day event. As show director Pieter Desmet explains, the stream of visitors was spread more evenly over all the three days of the fair when compared with the previous year. Even on the final day of the event, which is usually much quieter, the response was still lively.
