Fair extension

In 2008 Light and Building will be extended from five to six days. This means it will start on 6 April and come to an end on 11 April 2008. Light and Building 2006 concluded with a 16 per cent increase in visitor figures. A total of 2 100 exhibitors participated on that occasion; registration figures showed 135 000 visitors (in 2004: 116 000 visitors), one in three of them coming from abroad. The event occupied a gross space of 226 000 m², so that the Frankfurt exhibition site was almost fully booked.
