Changes at Home Depot

Frank Fernandez, executive vice president, secretary and general counsel, and Dennis Donovan, executive vice president human resources, will be leaving Home Depot on 14 February. Donovan's successor will be Tim Crow, who previously held the position of senior vice president talent organization and performance systems. Home Depot has given interim direction of the legal department to Jim Snyder, senior vice president litigation and risk management.
