Opening offensive in Russia

The Russian DIY retailer Metrika intends to start up 20 stores of different formats and sizes in the European part of Russia. Up to now the company has had four large-format stores in St Petersburg and one medium-sized store in Moscow. Four of the planned new openings will be launched as megastores in St Petersburg, the first of them in March and 7 000 m² in size.
