First for white goods

Koelnmesse has announced the participation of around 700 exhibitors at the second Asia Pacific Sourcing in Cologne from 4 to 6 March 2007. This amounts to about 150 more than at the premiere in 2005. The fair organisers expect approximately 9 000 visitors to attend the event (2005: 7 500). White goods have now been added to the range of products displayed at this event, the second in the series. The other product categories covered are hardware, DIY, garden, leisure and ambience.
Two specialist conferences will be held concurrently with the fair. The GS1 Non Food Conference on 5 and 6 March will focus on cross-company processes and marketing in the non-food branch. The Sourcing Asia Workshop on 5 March will deal with major subjects of interest for doing business with the Asia-Pacific region.
