The international specialist retail cooperative 3e already operates in nine countries with a total of 300 members
Three hundred companies from nine different countries of central Europe bundle their purchasing activities within the 3e Handels- und Dienstleistungs AG. Last year this organisation generated sales of € 519 mio (+ 6.3 per cent) last year, € 129 mio of the total abroad (+ 18 per cent). Besides Austria, the group is represented in Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Serbia.
There are 64 Let's do it outlets in Austria after just two years. The 3e Group is already represented in the Hungarian market by 18 specialist Let's do it stores after no more than one year. The number is expected to increase to 30 by the year 2009.
The autumn of 2006 saw the launch in Serbia of five hardware dealers under the joint family brand name of Let's do it. The aim is to establish over 20 specialist stores there within the next two to three years.
