New Italian DIY fair offers trade visitors a comprehensive programme of seminars

Bricolare, Italy's newest DIY fair that is due to be held in Milan from 19 to 22 April 2007, is open to trade visitors and end-consumers alike. Altogether 50 000 visitors are expected to attend the event, 10 000 of them from the trade.
In order to meet the expectations of both target groups, the organisers are planning to create two special display areas. The first of these is geared to the interests of the end-consumer (la casa del bricolare) and the other is intended to point trade visitors in the direction of appropriate business opportunities (la piazza della distribuzione).
Available in addition will be an accompanying programme of events and seminars. These include "How are consumers changing?" and "What does modern distribution demand on the part of the manufacturer?", both topics of interest to trade visitors. Moreover, every day six one-hour workshops will be held, based on DIY products available from retailers.
