Award for Martin Essl

Baumax CEO Martin Essl is Austria’s first “Entrepreneur Of The Year”. He receives the award, given for the first time in Austria by corporate consultancy firm Ernst & Young, in the category covering service and trade. He will also go forward as Austria’s country representative to the international competition for “World Entrepreneur Of The Year” in June 2007 in Monte Carlo. The Entrepreneur Of The Year awards programme of the global Ernst & Young organisation embraces over 100 cities and 40 countries around the world.
