Sites of over 50 000 m2 in prime locations across Europe to be developed as garden centres
Hornbach is planning to open 35 large-format DIY stores and garden centres over the next five years, according to a recent press release by the company. The company thereby intends to underpin its “leading position in this sector throughout Europe” according to the CEO of Hornbach Immobilien AG, Eduard Zimmerle.
Hornbach Immobilien AG exhibited once again this year at Expo Real. “To advance our expansion at national and international level, we are seeking top-quality sites in excess of 50 000 m2 in prime locations in many European countries,” continues Eduard Zimmerle. The company expects to gain new contacts and a significant impetus for its continued growth from this year’s Expo Real.
