In future water-soluble

For the past two years, the Paint Quality Institute at Puget Thenier, France, has been testing the characteristics and qualities of paints and varnishes. At an outdoor site near Nice, 70 different products were exposed to changing climatic conditions. The winners were water-soluble coatings with formulations based on pure acrylates.
