The IGCA (International Garden Centre Association) has relocated its offices from Switzerland to Canada. This is the first time since the association was set up that it has chosen a base outside Europe. The previous chief executive, Peter Dubs, has handed over his office to Victor Santacruz, the executive director of the CNLA (Canadian Nursery Landscape Association). Gillie Westwood, chief executive of the UK's GCA (Garden Centre Association) is to fill the newly created position of conference management.
