Metro takes over DIY store and hypermarket in Moscow

Marktkauf Rus, consisting of one DIY store and one hypermarket in Moscow, has been sold to the Metro Group. The contracts will come into force once the supervisory boards and/or the Russian competition authorities have approved the deal.
