Hornbach tops the customer poll

Best marks again industry-wide for this DIY retailer in the 2006 Customer Monitor Germany

In the Customer Monitor Germany, which the Munich Servicebarometer AG computes each year, Hornbach has once again gained the top rating. The 6 169 customers who participated in the survey on the subject of DIY stores awarded Hornbach an average mark of 2.33 for so-called global satisfaction (on a scale of one to five). That represents a further improvement on 2005, when the company was also awarded the highest mark of 2.35. In this year's poll Hornbach is followed in the matter of global satisfaction by Globus (2.37), Hagebau (2.42), Bauhaus (2.45), Obi (2.46), Max Bahr and Marktkauf (both 2.47), Toom (2.53), Praktiker (2.61) and Hellweg (2.71).
