DIY and hardware in Taiwan

The sixth Taipei International Hardware & DIY Show will be held in the newly renovated Taipei World Trade Center from 22 to 24 October. The fair was actually expected to occupy the somewhat larger Hall 1 this year, but is being staged in Hall 3 again after all. The range of products displayed by the exhibitors will be divided into two major segments, the Tool Centre and DIY World. Hand and power tools will be on show in the tools section, along with gardening tools, tool bags and DIY fittings. The DIY World will be displaying housewares, sanitary installations and small hardware in addition to decoration, accessories, locks, building materials and leisure articles. Last year's event recorded 150 exhibitors and 8 400 visitors, with 1 000 of the total coming from abroad.
