Second location in Austria

Parador, the established supplier of branded floor coverings, is aiming for a stake in the Austrian sawmill "European Hardwood Production" (EHP) headquartered in Frauental, Styria. A corresponding letter of intent has now been signed by those concerned: the Polz family, founders of EHP, Bruno Berthold OHG and Parador GmbH & Co. KG.
The hardwood sawmill belonging to EHP specialises in supplying the parquet and solid timber floorboard industries and has a current cutting capacity of approx. 50 000 m³. According to a press report, the new investment proposal sees EHP shares in future being held by the Polz family, Bruno Berthold AHG and Parador.
