Wyevale goes to a consortium

Wyevale, the garden centre group that is number one in the British market, will be moving to the WCC Hortis consortium, headed by the Scot Tom Hunter, for £ 311 mio (€ 451.2 mio). Now that the shareholders have agreed to the sale, the deal is expected to close on 19 June. Once this has happened, Wyevale will no longer be a quoted company.
