Building trade fair in Italy

The Saie international building trade fair will be held in Bologna between 25 and 29 October. Last year's event attracted 1 850 exhibitors, 450 of them from abroad. The number of exhibitors this year should be about the same again. They will occupy a total exhibition space of 220 000 m². Attendance figures for 2005 reveal 165 000 registered trade visitors, 7 500 of them from abroad. Entry is free for international visitors. The new sectors at this year's event include security and energy conservation.
