Record attendance figures in Hong Kong

The China Sourcing Fair: Gifts & Home Products, and the International Hardware Fair/Practical World Hong Kong, which was held in parallel, closed their doors to visitors on 25 April at the end of the four-day event. According to a press release, 30 743 buyers visited the multi-trade fair, where they were able to get an impression of the range of products offered on more than 3 700 exhibition stands. For the first time the exhibitors occupied all ten halls of the new Asia World Expo in Hong Kong. A total of 1 200 exhibitors came from China and another 1 200 from Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
