Agreement reached

As Home Depot announced yesterday, the company has come to a definite agreement on the acquisition of Home Decorators Collection, a leading online and mail order business selling décor products. The company will be integrated into Home Depot's Direct Division, which expands the range of products available in Home Depot stores by the addition of goods to order (catalogues in-store, mail order catalogues and online ranges), and so drives forward implementation of the company's multi-channel strategy.
