Visitors 26 per cent up

Domotex Asia/Chinafloor 2006, held in Shanghai from 28 – 30 March, ended with record figures. About 31 900 trade visitors came to see the latest products and trends (2005: 25 300), an increase of 26 per cent. The number of exhibitors was up by 36 per cent to 804 (2005: 588). And there was remarkable growth of 58 per cent to 73 000 m² of gross exhibition space (2005: 46 000 m²). The range of products in the laminate and parquet category experienced above-average growth, with three halls required this year, in comparison with just one hall in 2004.
