New chairman

Joe Mannion has been elected to the position of chairman of the Worldwide DIY Council. He is the first European to hold the position within the US export organisation, which is made up of nearly 150 manufacturers from the USA and Canada. Joe Mannion is president of Eurolink, a sales and marketing consultancy based in Ireland, and is also chairman of the Marketing Institute of Ireland – Southern Region.
