Positive climate for investors

The BBE's most recent survey, "Retail Expansion Eastern Europe", reveals that retail sales in eastern Europe have seen exceedingly positive development over the last few years as a result of the good underlying economic conditions. The Cologne-based market researchers also expect rapid growth for the next few years as the consequence of favourable economic and income forecasts. This means that eastern Europe is one of the world's most attractive regions for international commercial and property companies to invest in.
