Acquisition of tool-maker

The Dutch manufacturer of electrical equipment, Zwolle-based Ferm, has acquired Günther Böhler of Denzlingen, Germany, with effect from 1 March. Böhler has specialised in small tools for hobby enthusiasts and model-makers, and also has a presence in DIY retailing with products for DIYers. The previous managing director, Daniel Böhler, is continuing to work in Ferm's management team.
