Enhanced security
The Swedish company WLT takes as its premise the idea that a bigger letterbox enhances the security of the entire house, since an overflowing box is nothing short of an invitation to break in. This can be avoided by installing a “SafePost” letterbox. It comes complete with a removable false base, which allows the box to be adapted to the amount of mail expected. And there is a screen to prevent unauthorised persons from seeing whether there is any mail in the box.
“SafePost” is manufactured from hot-dip galvanised sheet steel. The external surface is stove-enamelled. The letterbox is available in seven colours or in stainless steel. The access door can be positioned at either front or back of the box. It is first and foremost designed as a stand-alone model and can be placed on a concrete slab directly on the ground. A 10 cm high base is available as an optional extra. The box can also be mounted on a wall or fence.

Flexibility of design
The Elfa storage system was developed in 1947 and has since then been expanded to form an integrated system which consists of wire baskets, adjustable shelves and sliding doors. All the products can be combined with each other, offering a great variety of storage solutions and allowing the user to design a system to meet his own requirements.
“The development of new products, POS presentation and displays are all ranked high at Elfa,” explains marketing manager Reine Magnusson. A few years ago came the launch of a flexible system of hanging shelves, with a track fixed to the wall and all the other shelving components attached to it. Yet another invention is a snap-in shelving system, developed as a combination of the hanging model with shelves that allow the air to circulate.
