Karl Pedross AG invests in Germany

Karl Pedross AG, an export-oriented manufacturer of skirting-boards and flooring accessories, which has its headquarters at Latsch in South Tyrol, Italy, has taken over Friedrich Bürkle KG, producer of solid skirting-boards at its base in Frankenthal, Pfalz (Germany). Almost 10 mio linear metres of skirting-boards are produced in Frankenthal annually. The entire workforce is being taken over. Bürkle currently services 560 customers and will continue to be run as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Production at the Frankenthal plant will remain unchanged. Pedross AG, which was founded by Karl Pedross in 1956, today produces 100 km of foil-wrapped profiles every day at the Latsch location.
