Ciret Holdings acquires Home Key

The British company Home Key will be part of the Ciret Holdings group with effect from 1 November 2005. The group is globally active and has its headquarters at Wangen im Allgäu, Germany. It concentrates on the category of decorating tools, and by acquiring Home Key will be expanding its international market presence still further. Home Key distributes decorating tools to specialist retailers in Great Britain, where it currently has 50 employees.
