Hornbach is getting good marks from consumers in Germany and the Netherlands

Hornbach has published some of the data from the latest German Customer Barometer. In the survey the DIY chain achieved a top spot for customer satisfaction within the sector. Hornbach's satisfaction index stands at 2.35, which is 0.17 points better than last year. DIY retailing overall comes to a figure of 2.48.
In the Netherlands, too, Hornbach is well up in consumers' favour. In a survey carried out recently among 4 000 consumers by GfK Benelux, Hornbach is found to have the best image, followed by Gamma and Praxis.
