Following the company's insolvency, the Hartman Groep demonstrates continuity at Spoga

Hartman Groep, the Dutch supplier of garden furniture, filed an insolvency petition a week ago and was taken over by two investors. Along with an investment firm, Steinmeijer Participaties now owns the company, which is at present operating under the name of Hartman Enterprises B.V., Enschede. Geert Steinmeijer and his company are already active in this sector. Jörn-Hauke Nielsen, managing director of the German subsidiary based in Lemgo, explained that the brand will remain on the market, and he announced an intensification of restructuring work. "Business is carrying on at Hartmann," Nielsen said at Spoga, where the company is present as the second-largest exhibitor there.
