Stepping down from the supervisory board

Otmar Hornbach (75) has stepped down as a member of the supervisory board of Hornbach Holding AG and Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG. He will be succeeded in this post at Hornbach Holding AG by Dr.Susanne Wulfsberg (daughter of Otmar Hornbach) and at Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG by Prof. Dr. Jens-Peter Wulfsberg. Otmar Hornbach will remain at the company.
