Lawnmowers are the biggest sellers in the European garden equipment market, accounting for almost a third of the market

The volume of the European garden equipment market is estimated at approximately € 5.9 bn at consumer prices. Lawnmowers account for the largest share, with just under a third of the market, according to market analysts at Gardena. Around 5.7 mio mowers are sold every year. Of these, 56 per cent are electric or battery-operated and 44 per cent are petrol mowers.
