Warehouse capacity almost doubled

Focus DIY, which is the UK's number three with a total of 256 stores, is investing £ 14 mio (€ 20.3 mio) in the expansion of its distribution centre at Tamworth, which is being almost doubled in size to an area of 51 750 m². The work is expected to be completed by November. The expansion of warehouse capacity will make it possible to deliver more products from the distribution centre to the stores, thereby limiting the number of direct deliveries made to the branches by suppliers.
